The brief for this project was to create a welcoming entrance space that linked 2 buildings which were core to facilities offered to foreign students. The existing buildings to either side provided resources and support for recent student arrivals, but where disadvantaged by the lack of connection. The brief was we connect the two buildings in a subservient manner whilst offering a bright and welcoming entrance and social space.
